Today is Election Day in the United States. Up for grabs are the presidency, all House seats and one-third of the Senate. Since we last wrote about the state of the presidential race (see WPI 29 October), not much has changed. An average of the major polls conducted from 31 October through 5 November show 48.8 percent for President Obama versus 48.1 percent for Republican challenger Mitt Romney. Weighing in on strategic realignment
WPI’s team was retained by the governing board of a U.S. industry organization to review a decision, reached by vote, to invest significant assets into the development and management of an export trading company. WPI’s team conducted a formal review of this decision and concluded that the current level of market saturation would limit the benefits of the investment.
