They attribute the upgrade to rains in the wheat belt of Russia during the first 10 days of May. As a result, they also revised Russia’s 2025/26 wheat export potential to 41.3 MMT, up from 40 MMT. IKAR also believes that spring frosts did no serious damage to winter crops.
