However, the first cuts of wheat showed poor results and encouraged farmers to wait and see. The average yield of wheat is slightly above 3 MT, compared to over 4 MT per hectare at this date a year ago. On the one hand, farmers could potentially expect better prices but global bearish trends most likely will not allow this to happen.
