The southern federal district enjoyed bullish sentiments, while the rest of the country was waking up to what is going on in the Black Sea ports and unable to quickly raise their prices accordingly. Prices in the rest of the country will be adjusted to prices in the ports, especially when wheat is given a luxury of a duty-free ride. How long will this pattern last?
