The average wheat yield increased from 2.8 MT/ha to 3.6 MT/ha. Harvesting has been completed on 27.4 Mha which is 93.1 percent of all crops. Barley production totaled 25.6 MMT versus 17.9 MMT a year ago, this from 7.6 Mha or 95.2 percent of the crop. Corn harvest has just started.
