That all changed around midday, however, as rumors of export sales, combined with headlines that Argentina’s soybean crop will be smaller than expected, sparked a large (by today’s standards) rally in the grains. WPI’s team was retained by the governing board of a U.S. industry organization to review a decision, reached by vote, to invest significant assets into the development and management of an export trading company.
