On 3 March, WPI reported that the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure passed a “resolution of disapproval”, 30 to 24, which calls for a repeal of the Administration’s waters of the United States (WOTUS) wetlands regulation rule. That resolution made its way to the House floor on 9 March and passed by a vote of 227 to 198. The Senate passed the same resolution on Wednesday of this week by a vote of 53-43.
