Recently, WPI reported on the Subcommittee on Commodity Exchanges, Energy, and Credit hearing about the timeline for the required volume obligations (RVOs) from EPA. We noted that Growth Energy, a biofuel trade association, informed EPA via a 2 November letter of its intent to file suit if EPA didn’t issue the RVO within 60 days of the letter.
