Diminishing Hunger Returns U.S. House Democrats have implored President Joe Biden to create a national conference on food, nutrition, and health to address hunger in America. Their goal is to end hunger in America by 2030. President Biden has just increased domestic food assistance by 25 percent, the largest single increase in American history.
