Milling Wheat  Wheat markets remain under pressure as Western Europe and Black Sea exports battle each other and the American markets for export demand. Paris Matif futures were sharply lower last week and scored new contract lows and a post-WASDE rally on Friday brought additional selling pressure on Monday. EU exporters are facing increased competition from Russia as firms there try to accelerate shipments ahead of the 15 February implementation of the export quota. The export quota may not impact grain flows significantly as it would still permit over 5 MMT per month to leave Russia.
