Regional News Favorable rains forecast for Europe in the coming week will aid winter crop development and help recently planted spring crops establish and germinate. Rains are badly needed across the UK and most of western Europe while scattered showers across eastern Europe and Ukraine will help those regions dry out from abundant rainfall so far.
