It was another very quiet start to the week overnight with soybeans slightly higher, corn steady and wheat slightly lower. Markets opened steady across the board this morning but found some buying in the first hour of the session that took prices to 3-5 cent gains. The major weekend news was all about the announcement that the Mueller report was released finding no evidence of collusion by President Trump with Russia. That didn’t give equities markets a rally, though. They were still suffering from last Friday’s collapse on another round of worries about slowing world economic growth.
