Wheat was mixed with HRW continuing to move lower and SRW benefiting from corn/wheat spread trade. HRS wheat was higher as plenty of risk still remains for that crop. Biofuels markets got a boost today from an apparently successfully Trump-led effort to renegotiate the Renewable Fuels Standard. Under the agreement, the EPA and USDA will propose and seek public comment on expanding the biofuel requirement beginning in 2020.
