Markets were steady to slightly higher overnight, but the wheat markets took off higher again this morning. KC and Chicago traded gains of 10-15 cents most of the day before closing up 10-12.75 cents. Meanwhile, Minneapolis was trading 15-20 cents higher and finished up 14-18.25 cents. Corn again followed wheat but closed with gains of only 3-4 cents. President Trump alluded to the potential for tariffs on another $500 billion of Chinese products in a CNBC interview, which kept a lid on the soybean market.
