Argentina’s government has already started playing games with the export declarations allowances. They reopened the export registry for additional quantities of 100 KMT of old crop (2020/2021) against a vessel nominations, plus 500 KMT of new crop wheat and 1 MMT of new crop corn. After the announcement, corn export declarations reached 39.5 MMT for old crop and old crop wheat declarations hit 10.9 MMT. Wheat Harvest continued last week with almost 6 percent more harvested, but rains slowed progress. Total harvest reached 17.6 percent of the area, which is down 2.2 percent from last year’s pace. Forecasting developments in production agriculture
