Syria will ship agricultural products to Sebastopol. “Rebel” (opposition?) forces in Daraa, Syria, located near Jordan, are stopping farmers from supplying any local wheat to government-controlled areas. There is concern in Daraa that the local wheat and flour supplies may not be sufficient for local need, causing the existing no-sell rules to be strictly enforced.
