NOPA's December Soybean Crush Volume a Bit Higher than Expected Today's crush report by the National Oilseed Processors Association (NOPA) indicated NOPA members crushed 145.42 million bushels of soybeans in December. That was 3.3 percent higher than the average estimate of market analysts done last week by Dow Jones. The December crush was 4.14 million bushels greater than crush volume in November, but on a daily basis was almost the same.
