Argentina Eliminates All Export Incentives for Biodiesel Last Friday the Argentine government in a surprise move acted to immediately raise the export tax on biodiesel from 20 percent to 32 percent, the same as soyoil. It also eliminated the 2.5 percent export rebate on biodiesel, and in doing so the government effectively eliminated all export incentives for biodiesel.
