Big Weekly Decline in U.S. Soybean Export Sales After five months of record U.S. soybean export sales and shipments it was clear sales had to sharply decline at some point to assure the domestic market of an adequate supply. Today’s USDA export sales report confirmed that the week ending 18 February was the week the sharp decline is export sales occurred. Net soybean export sales last week for shipment in 2020/21 declined by 72 percent from the past four-week average to only 167,900 MT.
