March Wind Reports Tomorrow begins the month of March, which is apparently USTR publication month. It starts tomorrow with the agency issuing to Capitol Hill its annual Trade Policy Agenda report, which was preceded by USTR Ron Kirk's Congressional testimony on the subject today. WPI’s team was retained by the governing board of a U.S. industry organization to review a decision, reached by vote, to invest significant assets into the development and management of an export trading company.
