This past Friday (20 September), we followed the interpretation of most by adding: 1) The cancellation of U.S. farm visits by Chinese officials, plus 2) President Trump saying that he wants a complete trade deal with China, not just agricultural commodity buying, and he doesn’t need the deal to occur before next year’s election, to conclude that bilateral trade talks were not going well.
