Russian Grain Markets: 25-29 January 2021 Prices generally decreased in the Russian domestic grain market. This trend was expected as 15 February, the date of the first imposition of the wheat export duties (€25/MT), is fast approaching. The market is currently experiencing an export boom with more than 3.3 MMT of wheat exported in January alone. This trend is likely to continue into the first two weeks of February. The only exception was export barley prices which kept growing due to high demand. Meanwhile, export milling wheat average prices decreased to $295/MT FOB Black Sea.
