Talks at the “highest level” are said to be taking place. For its part, India has said that only exports against opened letter of credit will be allowed but that it will look at countries that request Indian wheat for “food security needs”. Reports in India say that about 10 countries are on the list for government-to-government wheat business. Forecasting developments in production agriculture
