THE OPEN Nov beans:  1 higher Dec meal:  .30 lower Dec soyoil:  3 lower Dec corn:  1/2 lower Dec wheat:  1 higher Prices opened mostly as called with more business announcements sending bean prices quickly higher at the open.  Another large sale of corn was announced to China, with back-to-back 596,000 mt sales supportive for corn as it digests recent gains.  Wheat prices rose quickly on a technical basis with rising Black Sea premiums in the background adding support along with a much weaker US dollar.
